Nick is a dedicated, hard-working attorney and real estate broker in the Sacramento area. His law firm, Maloof Law Group, APC focuses on four areas of law: Business Transactions, Estate Planning, Family Law Mediation, and Adoption. Each is a passion of Nick’s and his team’s and each area of law enables him to help folks in the area deal with needs that can be very stressful. Nick’s other business in Maloof Properties, Inc. MP is a residential brokerage company that has focused most recently on short sales, but also enjoys helping buyers obtain their housing dreams, and sellers of all types learn and enjoy the process of selling their prized possession—their home!

In addition to his passion for his law practice and brokerage company, Nick is a dedicated father and husband, happily married for more than 10 years with two young girls who are the love of his life. It is those little girls that keep him working hard at his businesses, but also drive him to contribute where he can toward social issues involving children and our Country. He loves the opportunities this Country provides and knows that the men and women of our Armed Forces have paid the price for our freedoms.
