Day Three – Game Five: Hold your horses but here comes a game that will pit two game clock hogs when Clayton Valley travels from the SF Bay Area to play perennial San Diego power Helix. Clayton Valley’s Head Coach Tim Murphy will razzle the crowd with the Ugly Eagle’s unique Wing T offense and stingy defense. The Ugly Eagles were in the CIF State bowl final and vow to return in 2016. Helix has announced that new Head Football Coach, Robbie Owens will become the new head football coach for the Highlanders. Owens takes over the legendary mantle from retiring Head Coach, Troy Starr whose teams went 83-18-1 in eight seasons, winning two section championships and one state bowl title in 2011. The Honor Bowl is so pleased to bring these two programs together to play for the first time and this game should prove not to disappoint.
