I came up with the idea of developing a wine that would be a tribute to my family and those that have served. I presented the idea to our Advanced Sommelier Sean Q. Meyer formerly of Bouchon and The French Laundry under Chef Thomas Keller and friend and business partner Allen O. Cage CEO of AOC Solutions who proudly served and retired from US Army as a helicopter pilot after 24 years of service.
