Our first recipient for this award goes to Ms. Emma Burke who is a junior at Oakdale High School and a varsity cheerleader. This past October, Emma Burke heard of our nonprofit and learned of our mission to raise money to purchase service dogs for veterans suffering from PTS and TBI. This young lady organized a campaign, gathered volunteers and set up a booth at one of Oakdale High Schools home football games and raised over $1,000 dollars. Emma we thank you for your love and service and are honored to give you the first ever “HONOR SPIRIT AWARD!” |
