The 2023 NorCal Finale game will be the first time these two programs have ever faced each other! Host School Oak Ridge will be the site again and the school, administration, students and community are proud to have The Honor Bowl again on their campus!

Oak Ridge Trojans, coached by Casey Taylor, is the host school for the NorCal Honor Bowl. The Trojans went 10-3 in 2022 and are #2 in the CIF Sac Joaquin Section. Many of the core position players have graduated but a talented JV squad will join the new seniors to provide Taylor and his coaches a formidable and competitive team in 2023. Coach Taylor recognizes how participating in The Honor Bowl is a special memory maker and is thrilled to give the Trojans a chance to experience the SoCal Honor Bowl at Cathedral Catholic and also have a chance to visit behind the gates of Camp Pendleton as well.

Oak Ridge Seniors RB Austin Norris and Nolan King should get a lot of touches. Junior WR Kaleb Edwards will contribute as he did in 2022 amassing 628 yards from 27 receptions and 7 TDs. Sr TE/LB returns all city, Sr OL Ethan Dasmann All State, Jr TE Kalob Edwards has offers from WA State, Oregon St and will be a National recruit.  On Defense, Senior MLB Gavin Molloy lead the team in 2022 with 96 total tackles along w Nolan King contributing 62 total tackles. The Trojan OL will return for the 2023 season.
